- Meet your Community Energy Advocate
Our Community Energy Advocates are here to walk you through the process of getting your house upgraded. Certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), our Advocates understand the upgrade process and will answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
- BUNDLE WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS
Join the program with your friends and neighbors. Our Friends and Neighbors Program encourages five (or more) homeowners who all live within specific neighborhoods to take the plunge together and have their energy efficiency upgrades installed by a single contractor.
- Comprehensive Home Energy Assessment and Review
PUSH Green connects you with a BPI – certified Building Analyst who will conduct a comprehensive, or whole house, assessment of your home to determine where it’s losing energy. Following your comprehensive home energy assessment, you will receive a report that outlines a list of energy efficiency measures that will be installed in your home. Our Energy Advocates will spend the necessary time going over this report with you and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
- The Upgrade Process
It’s important to remember that each home is different. Your comprehensive home energy assessment will project which upgrades are most cost effective. Common energy efficiency upgrades include sealing air leaks, adding insulation, replacing or fine-tuning heating and cooling systems, and fixing ductwork.
- Create Jobs
PUSH Green works with local businesses to guarantee that jobs generated by PUSH Green homeowners are completed by residents from diverse communities. PUSH Green trainees will receive certification-based training, support for career mobility, living wages, and, most importantly, health benefits.

- Tell Your Story and Refer Your Friends
Share your story. Educate friends, neighbors, and co-workers about our awesome program. Host a house meeting. Recruit others to participate. Join us as we work to spread the word about PUSH Green throughout the county.
